By accessing SEO Service in Sri Lanka or engaging SEO Service in Sri Lanka (Applantics PVT LTD) for SEO optimization, technical auditing, or digital marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Scope & White-Hat Commitment

SEO Service in Sri Lanka delivers search engine optimization services using strictly 100% white-hat and Google-compliant techniques (Core Web Vitals, entity stacking, schema markup, and editorial outreach). We do not employ spam tactics, PBNs, or automated link injection that could harm your domain reputation.

2. Search Engine Algorithm Disclaimers

Search algorithms (including Google, Bing, ChatGPT, and AI Overviews) are owned and modified independently by third-party search engines. While we employ proven, data-backed methodologies to maximize organic visibility and rankings, no ethical SEO agency guarantees specific ranking positions.

3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve optimal results, clients agree to provide necessary access (such as CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or DNS where applicable) in a timely manner and review recommended on-page changes.

4. Payments, Billing & Cancellations

• Monthly SEO retainer packages are billed in advance on a 30-day recurring basis.
• Clients may cancel or pause monthly retainers at any time with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• One-time audit deliverables are non-refundable once the audit analysis and strategy document have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property & Work Ownership

All on-page content blueprints, schema code, custom graphics, and strategy roadmaps created during an engagement belong entirely to the client upon receipt of payment.
